There we were sitting around a table at Shoeless Joes in Markham on a Friday night in early 2008 – we being several members of the Friday night Ringette league – talking about chatting on MSN when Martin (or was it Andrea?) said something about getting his daily dose of Jackie, because everyone needs a little Jackie, and there it was – a title was born.
